Well it’s officially started South Africa has begun seizing land from white landowners. I believe it’s two farms so far. So this is a story from the nzherald.co.nz. And today, I’m not just gonna talk about what’s going on in South Africa. I’m gonna talk about what’s going on with the news about South Africa.
Because many people really don’t want this story reported. Now look Lauren Southern did a documentary called Farmlands. Yeah, I got to say I watched a decent amount of it. You know, I hate to say it but I’m relatively more interested in reading and watching shorter things like full-length documentary is when I’m working. It’s hard for me to do but I watched a decent amount of it. Skipped around a little bit, admittedly. So, that’s on me, my opinion isn’t based on sitting through the whole thing.
But I have only positive to neutral things to say about the work she did. Personally, I don’t agree with a lot of Lauren Southern’s politics if not most of her politics. But I think I fact-check – I fact-checked – though I was jumping around cuz I was fact-checking a lot of what I saw in the documentary. And a lot of the stuff she brought up was factually accurate.
The stuff that I could fact-check, you know the claims she makes about the history of the country. And I looked at you know some of the interviews she did. Well, look you’ve got people saying it on camera I can’t say that’s you know not true. But I fact-checked found it to be accurate. The quality was really, really great. The only real criticism I had was that there were some instances where they didn’t have room tone, right. So in documentary filmmaking, after you do an interview you record about 30 seconds of just air and that’s a room tone so that you can connect the conversations without there’s like a weird drop off when it is like an edit and sound.
Because you’ll hear like air and it just stops, other than that the documentary did a pretty damn good job. I just think it was hyper-partisan and I think as Lauren Southern has admitted it’s, it’s, it’s only focused on the view of these individuals. There’s something inherently wrong with that. It just means that you need to go beyond, after you watch that you need to watch more and you need to talk about other things.
Suffice it to say there are a lot of people that really don’t want this story talked about and I think it’s you know you’ve got people on the left that say there’s a conspiracy theory about what they call white genocide. And then you have people more associated with white identitarianims who are freaking about white genocide. And like, I really don’t think there’s a conspiracy to you know wipe out white people. I think that’s rather silly.
I do think however that white people are increasingly race-mixing and opening up their countries. So, sure I mean you can look at Europe and see that the birth rates are down. You can look at the birth rates in the U.S. and say like yet. Does that mean as a grand conspiracy? No, I think that’s silly and, and look I think some people you know they make they use the term not me – there is a conspiracy just that this decline is happening.
And let me say this too for those that are very interested in that you know idea of white genocide because I’m not – I’m not super familiar with how consensus how the census works in the United States. But I was talking to my dad about this and he said that because I’m mixed I am not a white person. Right? So he was saying that when it came to the census they would look at me and say because I’m part Korean I’m just Korean. And I could say like you know mixed but I will never be white according to the United States.
And so something interesting happens then if I am Korean even though I’m also white that means on the registry like when it comes to the census, white people will be removed from the census simply because they’re you know mixing. But I wonder why that’s not true for Koreans. Right? Why can’t the Korean be excluded from the census.
So, I think there’s also some bureaucratic issues having to do with this that a lot of people you know don’t understand but I also want to point out to the people who are freaking out about you know that this, this idea it’s like, yeah, white people for the most part are okay with it. You know, so this is right, this is what I said to some alt-right. I’m like look the alt-right is really small. You know, most people don’t care most, most white people in the United States are yes, I’m gonna say they’re not racist although the far-left would maybe differ and they have no problem with interracial relationships.
And that’s I mean I got, I gotta admit it. I’m so proud of that and happy because my family history they had to flee states they had to keep fleeing because it was illegal up until like 1967 or something. It was called anti-miscegenation laws. Well anyway I don’t want to keep prattling on about this specifically, cuz we got some other things to talk about.
Let’s talk about South Africa and what they’re doing. South Africa begins seizing white-owned farmed farms.
The South African government has begun the process of seizing land from white farmers. Local newspaper City Press reports two game farms in the northern province of Limpopo are the first to be targeted in the unilateral seizure after negotiations with the owners to purchase the properties stalled.
After negotiations to the owners to purchase property stalled.
While the government says it intends to pay, owners Akkerland Boerdery wanted 200 million rand for the land and they’re being offered just 20 million rand.
So they’re getting just 10% of what they what they wanted. Now I will also add that since the government started claiming you know they’re gonna seize land your lands worthless so.
Notice is hereby given that a terrain inspection will be held on the farms on April 5, 2018 at 10 a.m. in order to conduct an audit of the assets and a handover of the farm’s keys to the state,” a letter sent to the owners earlier this year said.
Akkerland Boerdery – I hope I am pronouncing it right, obtained an urgent injunction to prevent eviction until a court had ruled on the issue, but the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs is opposing the application.
What makes the Akkerland case unique is that they apparently were not given the opportunity to first dispute the claim in court, as the law requires,” AgriSA union spokeswoman Annelize Crosby told the paper.
It comes as the South African government pushes ahead with plans to amend the country’s constitution to allow for the expropriation of land without compensation.
So they’re saying they’re gonna pay for it, but they’re trying to not pay for it.

The seizures are intended to test the ability of the government to take land under existing laws, which the ruling African National Congress has previously stated is allowable if “in the public interest”. Right? So we have something not too dissimilar though it wouldn’t be – what’s called eminent domain and this exists for certain reasons.
I believe in Chicago when they were expanding O’Hare Airport they used eminent domain. And basically like look we have to expand the airport because it’s a public need and your houses are in the way. So we’re gonna buy your houses and then you know basically destroy everything and put airport there.
And then you have you know when highways are being built, well say well we got to build a highway because we’ve got too much traffic and your houses are in the way. So they buy them and this is kind of what we’re looking at here the only issue that this is about racial justice and not about the actual public need. They’re not gonna build anything necessary, you know for the farms, there’s just gonna give the farms away to non-white South Africans.
Earlier this month, City Press reported the government had drawn up a list of 139 farms it planned to seize “to test out” section 25 of the constitution.
Apparently you know the government claimed that there was no list but apparently these farms were on the list. So.
A 2017 government audit found white people owned 72% of private farmland in South Africa. According to the 2011 census, there are about 4.6 million white people in South Africa, accounting for 8.9% of the population.
So that’s actually really interesting that such a small minority controls such a massive amount of farmland. And this is part of what they use and when they argue for this kind of expropriation.
ANC spokesman Zizi Kodwa would not reveal details of the farms targeted and attempted to play down investor fears, saying the proposed seizures were “tied to addressing the injustices of the past”

Why would someone want to invest in a farm if the government has been talking for a while now about seizing it without compensation. You’d be crazy to buy a farm and then the government would just take it away, not only that there are all these stories about farmers who get murdered and attacked. Now here’s here that’s interesting.
You have these stories mostly on the right to talk about white farmers being tortured and the left has countered that it’s also black farmers who get tortured as well. These crimes aren’t about race it’s about you’re in the middle of nowhere and no one can stop them. So then southern I’ll say this. How are you gonna get investors if it doesn’t matter what your race is someone will try to break into your farm and torture and murder you.
You know so you can claim that oh it’s white farmers who don’t want to buy the farmland because they’re scared, of getting their land taken away. But, no it’s true for any farmer because the left’s, the argument has been that it the murders are every race. It just, so happens that white people own the most farmland. So you’re gonna see a lot more instance of violence against white people but there have been black farmers who have been attacked and murdered in which, in which case I would say don’t be surprised if no he wants to buy a farm.
So, I think we I want to maybe hit one more thing someone said one of the farm owners said that his – his farm outside of Johannesburg was now worth a zero. We had several auctions in the last two or three weeks canceled because there was no people interested in buying the land. Why would you buy a farm to know the government is going to take it, yeah that’s basically what I was saying. Right?
But in the next few minutes I want to talk about how the media has kind of handled this there’s – it’s – I feel like it doesn’t get that much coverage in mainstream press here in the States but I think it does to an extent like it has. I don’t wanna I hate when people are like no one’s covering the story and they do but I definitely don’t think it’s a core issue for a lot of Americans I mean one most people don’t really pay attention to South Africa.
But here’s here something that’s interesting this is a post from World News on reddit and it says misleading title South Africa begins seizing white owned farms. Misleading title, okay, except that’s literally the title of the article from the New Zealand Herald. This is a New Zealand newspaper, they didn’t put up a misleading farm. Two white owned farms were seized, why then would they remove this post and call it a misleading title, hmm.
Well let’s take a look at how news is handling it. So this one says editorialized title. And this one was also removed. You know what I don’t have – I should pull up the actual news story but – because they yeah but this one is not incorrect. It says South African government approves first farm seizure from leaked list of 190. Right? Well they never said that so this is somewhat accurate right and – and the world news – that have been blocking and removing.
So here’s what we’ll do, so this is a story from just one day ago and this post is locked. You won’t be able to comment. It’s got 27,000 up votes 1,173 comments eight times gold and look at the top comment, is did they finally unlock this. And it said they got a ton of backlash because it was one of the – it was on the front page by votes and comments were disabled.
So apparently when it first went up they didn’t lock comments, there’s been a lot of accusations against the moderators of news and world news that they’re super racist. I always hate talking about this the white identitarians. So they don’t like talk that’s racist against their ideology when you know identitarians are racist. So the top comment is just removed what’s the reply.
Oh, there’s none okay it’s gone. That’s, that’s funny. Then they let’s see what else well here you go get ready for Zimbabwe 2.0. Well you can see removed, removed and this is actually funny someone said isn’t this where David Farrier went in Dark Tourist and he mocked a white family that was prepping for something like this. And they talk about yeah but you know the I think it’s called the side landers, like pronouncing it wrong. They’re mostly worried about genocide and, I gotta say look you know when you’re less than 9% of the population and the government starts stealing your land for race-based reasons.
I don’t think it’s silly to prepare I actually think a lot of people are solely for not preparing even in the slightest. Right? I’m not a prepper but I’ll tell you what I got a couple MREs I got some emergency rations and I’ve got some emergency water and the example the analogy I always give to people, it’s like why, why do you have band-aids. You know how often do you use a band-aid, rarely. But, but you do use them.
I haven’t used a band-aid in a long time but I have them. And I have you know I have antimicrobial cream or whatever. So you never know if I was gonna happen there was an algal bloom in Ohio that toxified the water and then everyone had a rush out to the store to buy water. It’s like alright well keep it some you know sealed, sterile water or whatever in your basement just in case fill up your bathtub when a storm hits. We always say that you know you have a storm coming fill up your bathtub, incase because you need water.
So you know what I wanted to point out with this is that these other posts I show you reddit we’re actually removed and then you have this post where they just locked it. So you can’t even comment on it because I guess there’s too many, there’s just too many racists but anyway that’s about it. I gotta got here more work to do, more work to be done all the time thanks for hanging out. And I’ll see you guys tomorrow in the main channel at 4:00.
