John Steckley is an inmate at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility, a Philadelphia Prison System institution.
Steckley is in the visiting room when corrections officer Tyrone Glover comes over and tells him his time’s up.
The footage has no audio, but the two appear to have a verbal altercation.
As Glover and a second officer escort Steckley to the exit, he and his visitor appear to try to continue their conversation.
The Philadelphia Prison System says the incident has been investigated, but won’t say what they found, nor whether the officer was disciplined.
Steckley, however, has been charged with assault.
