In October, Canadians will have a clear choice to make: cuts and austerity or investing in Canadians. The middle class can’t afford another Doug Ford and it’s up to every single person in this room to make that case by sharing our positive, ambitious vision for the future.
Personal attack ad, the politics of fear and division, smear campaigns it’s exactly the Harper play-book.
The election hasn’t even started and you already see it everyday through social media – misinformation, third party attacks the list goes on.
That’s what they do when they don’t have real plan for the future
They throw mud at their opponents and hope we join them in the gutter and when we refuse to stoop to their level, they label us as naive.
Well I think, that having an ambition plan for the country and delivering on it is anything but –
You know what is – naive though?
Closing your eyes and hoping that climate change will fix itself.
Giving tax breaks to rich corporations and expecting that it will trickle down to middle class workers.
Cutting the programs and services that people depend on then telling folks to boot-strap there way out of poverty.
That approach my friends is dangerously naive.
