Now many people they boil a kettle they just go to the tap and fill it up and boil it, now what happens if you do that, is the chemicals that are in the water get concentrated, things like nitrates, arsenic and fluoride. Every-time you re-boil the water they get more concentrated, and you really don’t want to be having them in your body, so when you go to boil a kettle; empty every last bit of water, right. And use filtered water, filtered water but not when it’s being stored in plastic. Filtered water as you need it and then you boil it. So this is my health tip this week.
