Hi this is the first part in unique food preparation in Thailand I have always been amazed at how easily Thais can adapt to the environment. Yes it was aproximately 34c or 94F when I ordered this ice cream at the outdoor night market in Phuket, Thailand.

The frost on the surface is from the humidity coming out of the air.
