At present extremely dangerous white heroin is being sold as cocaine in Amsterdam. Three tourists have died, more than ten tourists were hospitalized with life threatening symptoms after taking what they believed to be cocaine that they purchased on the street. The city of Amsterdam advices to ignore street dealers. As this is an exceptional emergency situation, special measures have been put into place. The city of Amsterdam has launched a widespread campaign to warn tourists of the danger. We asked that you share this warning with the people around you. For those who choose to use cocaine nonetheless, a dedicated white heroin test kit can be purchased at more then 30 smart shops in the centre of Amsterdam. Such smart shops can be recognized by the poster clearly displayed in their window.
Please read the instructions carefully before using this test. Open the capsule, add a small sample of your powder, mix the powder with the solution by rotating the capsule. Compare the color of the resulting substance with the color chart provided. If the substance does not turn purple, the powder does not contain heroin. Please note, however, that this does not guarantee that your sample is cocaine, or that is indeed safe. If the substance does turn purple your sample contains heroin. Please contact the health department immediately. Your call will help us prevent further deaths.
Taking drugs means taking risks. If you do not wish to take a risk, do not use drugs. Selling or possessing hard drugs is illegal in Amsterdam. However, you will not be arrested for using drugs.
