Parents get in a heated debate about the suspension after school.

Warren is openly bi-sexual, says the school discriminated against him, he says boys should be allowed to wear skirts and high heels just like girls. But the school says your violating the dress code by the way your dressed.

The District dress code policy states that schools can regulate dress or hair lengths. Students told me, girls wear skirts the same length as Warren and nothing happens.
