Hi. I got a lot of letters from guys and they say to me, they say hey, your body looks amazing. How did your body get so good? That’s a simple answer to that question, one of the ways I get to working out is to be a good body, and that is from working out a lot. A lot of them are single fathers who don’t have time to go out, workout, manipulate their bodies exercise to get calories out of their system through diarrhea or needles.
So I’m going to show you, how to workout at home and get this kind of a figure by using the thing that you – I have to look after, kids. Sophie can we see you for a second please.
So you want to lift the child right here under the armpits okay. And obviously – you don’t lift with your back, you lift with your thyroid. It doesn’t really matter how many you do, you just want to make sure you are feeling the burn. Feel the burn. A lot of people think crunches are just the legs, but you got a lot of exercise up in the upper body too. And then back to the – I just – these are just called general lift, general lifts want to do. And then you don’t want to overdo it or if the weight starts complaining, you put it down and you give yourself two minutes.

You know, the onesies is not going to rip, and just look away and focus on the burn.
This child will think that you are playing a game and it’s a Peek-a-Boo kind of scenario, which it isn’t, you are actually in unbelievable pain. Hello. Okay. Okay.
