The officer grabbed one of the girls by the arm, to escort her to his patrol car, she resisted, that’s when her 17 year old friend intervened, pushing the officer, he then struck her in the face, the teen and her friend were both taken into custody. Police department says that punching is a trained tactic but they are nonetheless investigating the incident.
