Yes, we were in the locker room, in the physio room, and I knew that Real Madrid was going to play about at 7PM, so in the second stop, which was longer, while it was raining, I said: “Turn on The TV”. I though the match would be broadcast-ed on Sky. So we watched the last 15 minutes of the first half, but couldn’t watch the rest because we had to come back to the court.

I have gone, I have been at the match vs Sevilla. And they won all the matches before. And I went but Madrid lost their fist match at home so I said I better return the next season. Plus, this time was for professional reasons, although I’d have liked to be there but I had to practice early in the morning today, catch the plane to arrive to Madrid, because I had to practice here. And I practices and received physical preparation in Mallorca from 8Am before catching the plane, the match finished at 10, so between getting home and the match it was 1 hour less

We met some time ago during a tennis tournament in Miami. And we saw each other again at a restaurant during the US Open in New York

yes, but the lights were a little dark and we were far away, doubtful and embarrassed to go to her table . We had dinner together, we were nine people and a friend of her. She sad with us. It was her idea to make a video-clip which was a nice, different experience for me and I’m grateful to her for giving me the chance to experience it

It was part of a script, she understand that’s part of the job. In this case it was for work, which this time was something different than what I’m used to doing. Those are always experiences difficult to live and I’ve been lucky to live it. So it’s been a productive and positive experience.

No, the advertisement was very fun and relaxing to do. I look exhausted because I wok up very early to go to practice, then I arrived to Madrid and practiced at Caja Magica for 2 hours so I didn’t take a rest

Last year you said it was a mistake to play in Madrid, because you won in Rome, you had to play in Roland Garros, you forced physically. You played the final versus Federer, what’s the difference this year that made you decide to play here?

I think the condition this year are completely different – last year, everything went incredibly great for me, I had won in Australia, Indian Wells, mad the finals of Rotterdam, I won Montecarlo, Barcelon, Roma – and the fact of playing here was too much, it was unnecessary – it was unnecessary not to because of the tournament, but for my knees
