Oh what are you doing?

For 15 years, doctors told me I would never walk unassisted again. I accepted this as fact. I was a 47 year old disable Veteran and I had basically given up. I was injured as a paratrooper in the Gulf War.. Too many jumps took its toll on my back and my knees… I gained weight a LOT of weight. Wouldn’t you have given up too? I couldn’t walk or run exercise seemed impossible most Yoga instructors turned me away. All but one.

He sent me those two pictures on with the knee braces with the back brace, the canes. 200, and you know, 97 pounds and his belly was out to here. I was thinking god, how am I gonna help that guy!

He didn’t know me… but he believed in me when no one else did. I feel many times but I got back up.
