Hey guys, pizza – pizzarules1000 here also known as Kim. Broadcasting from the beautiful kichenette of the Homestead Suites Motel. Um, I’ve been posting on Reddit and Facebook a lot in the last two days trying to raise money to pay for Cryopreservation service because uh like it or not I’m probably gonna die soon from brain cancer. Uh, I’ve been overwhelmed by the response needless to say uh I have raised about 2,500 dollars already and as uncomfortable weird as it was to come out as agnostic and into Cryopreservation a lot of people showed support and even people who didn’t agree with me were there to show me that they uh wanted me, tell me to make me comfortable. Um, so thanks, I really appreciate everybodys help so far um.

So I was diagnosed with GBM or Glioblastoma grade 4 brain cancer in March of 2011. Ah still in college studying Cognitive science incidentaly um, I have regressed twice in the past few months despite treatment so I’m set to start a five day radiation regiment at Duke University that will hopefully buy me a little bit of time – Oh by the way, if I sound weird its cause I’m on Avastin it’s making my throat a little hoarse, so, I’m kind of, kind of, not my – not my normal voice, and my tumor in my cervical pedicle my brain stem is kind of making my right side of my body weak so I’m sort of talking out of one side of my mouth.

Um, anyway, as you know I’m interested in Cryopreservation. Cause this is really the last thing I can do to try to live longer um, it’s not that I’m scared of deing but I – I don’t wanna die knowing that I could of done something more um, so I’m aware of the problems with the current techniques and I’m aware that there’s damage is done with the vitrification process but my hope is that future technology, the odd chance that it solves these problems, in the odd chance that it solves these problems I will be able to be revived someday. And I – it’s a longshot but I think it’s worth it. But if it does work the pay off will be huge. Anyway, I’ll update with more videos later and kind of keep you guys updated with uh um the fundraising project and anything related with that but I just wanna kind of put a quick video summary up for anybody who didn’t wanna read the whole post, it’s a lot of boring text so.
