When you were a kid living up there with your family, musical influences, Canadian Performers, American Performers, what, what motivated you to do this?

Ah, well, I grew up listening to a lot of Michael Jackson, a lot of Boyz II Men, like, a lot of soul music, my mom listened to a lot of that, my dad

Who did you like soul music it was?

[Justin Bieber]
I like, like Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, like Usher, and…

Did you ever, did you ever met any of these people?

Well, I’m signed to Usher, um, so I met him. And I met, I didn’t get to met Stevie yet! But I really, I got to met Boyz II Men.

Did this all happen because your mom put the video of you on

Ya, we put videos on line and then they kind of just spread like, rapid fire, and then I got found by the, my manager Scooter (Scott Samuel “Scooter” Braun (born July 8, 1981 in New York, New York)) who introduced me to Usher and Justin Timberlake and we were going to sign with Justin and then we ended up signing with Usher.

It was off for like ah, like a couple of days, my voice was like really raspy in singing
