Hi! My name is Jennifer Johnson. I am 30 yrs old. These are my 2 babies. I call them my heartbeats When I was 5 months pregnant with my son I was diagnosed with Heart Disease. It’s called HOCM Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardio Myopathy (Lost To Remember). That was Feb 15th 2011. The day after I got engaged ♥ ♥ On Jan 3rd 2012 I had an AICD (Pacemaker/Defibrillator) Implanted That was tough. I just kept thinking. I am too young. I just had 2 beautiful children. WHY ME? April 18th 2012 I went back into surgery. One of my AICD wires came loose Just another bump (scar) in the road! So – here we are October 2012. I was told that open heart surgery is my next step – WOW! REALLY?!? Well – there is one more bump in the road. I have dental work that must get done before… SURGERY. WELL – I DON’T HAVE DENTAL COVERAGE… (Too Expensive) Now To Fix It Is More Expensive I have started 2 fundraisers to help…..
