You can see that they have a hold on the guy with the dark green shirt, just pay attention to what his hands are doing. It looks as if he’s trying to plant something on Adam, possibly a joint. They were both detained by the man in the green shirt must of been undercover or was playing some kind of role in this whole scheme. From this other angle you can see the same exact thing and a close up definitely reveals he’s trying to put something in Adams back pocket or in his pants. Now this is before Adam and the guy with the green shirt were detained you can see the guy with the green shirt, right there, the bald headed guy, he’s about to pull out a joint and now when the camera pulls back, you see he has a cigarette or a marijuana joint in his mouth and this is where they take him and Adam Kokesh away and for some reason the guy with the green shirt was forced in there and it did not look like he should of been. At this point Adam is in custody in a Federal Jail according to his Facebook page. We all can guess that the police and Feds want to take him in because of the peaceful gun protest he intends to hold in Washington D.C. on July 4th.
