Great signs, great music, singing, getting ready to march together. This is one of the three starting points. We’re all here, as you can hear the background, there is lot of singing. The Arc de Triomphe is behind me. It’s a blessing to be here. I’ve never seen anything like this. How many people are united together here is France.

People are very clear that they do not support Hollande’s move, the move to redefine marriage. They do not support it. That’s what the lot of the chanting, but the chanting has been boisterous against Hollande, against any one, from any party, who wants to redefine marriage. They’re saying, they will stand for it and it will not pass.

From the Eiffel Tower you can still hear the chants behind us and you can see that it goes from Eiffel Tower, all the way to the Invalides, the Hôtel des Invalides, all the way across. It’s been an amazing day and it’s really unbelievable, how many people are here with flags representing their different regions, people have come from all over France to be here today. And all you can hear in the background, chanting, all sorts of chants about opposing the law. Don’t force this on us. There is another chant. And people are still coming, more coming from the right, the left, big, big groups and people marching in, people are coming and going, but it’s completely packed.
