… for him because uh, you know, we’re both running for points. And we were just trying to limp home for the finish, we were running 15th and uh and Nelson, I don’t know, for 15th place decided he was gonna move me, run us up into the wall, did way more damage to our car than was already there. And then when I went to go talk to him, he uh, he just pushed and shoved me and he kicked me below the belt which I think is just a chicken move. And uh, I don’t know, I guess we’ll just, we’ll move on, we’re proud of these guys, they fought hard, didn’t have a fast – fast enough sure lodge Camaro to do what we wanted, we were just trying to limp home and get uh – get what we could.

Brian how do you deal with situations moving forward? You guys are going for the championship together every single week. How do you put it behind you, especially Talladega next week?

[Brian Scott]
Ya, this isn’t just a this race deal – the uh – he’s got an issue with me, if uh, I don’t know when. He runs into me every week and I’ve kind of had it. A little part of me told me uh, that he was gonna hit me for 15th place. And he did uh, and I was just showing my displeasure with him after the race, and uh, and things escalate and I went to talk to ‘em. I was a little heated and he uh – the camera proabably show it, but he kicks me right below the belt uh, which I think is a below the belt type shot.

Basically, I think after the end which [ ] to – I touched him and he went sideways and we both maybe spun, I past him, that was it, we had the race, we had the checker was slow over there – door banged me and [beep] he did the same thing to me in [Martin] just because I dived in the inside, I – I never touched him in the back and [ ] because of this, I let that go, but I’m not gonna take anymore crap from him.

He seemed to think that you have a problem with him ongoing? Is there some issue over Martinsville or even past that?

Oh well Martinsville he obviously he tried to knock me off uh, after the race which I didn’t think I did anything bad in the race, I was just aggressive and overtaking guys, pretty wide but okay, I was going on the inside but I wasn’t pushing people out so – so I don’t think that was good and now with him getting pissed off with me again, I’m not gonna take it.
