Scoobys Work Shop – Killer Home Chest Workout
Here is a killer chest work out you can do at home all you need is a cheap set of dumb-bells and a carpeted floor.
What we are gonna do is three different exercises with no rest between we are gonna start with push-up here and we are gonna use really strict form and we are gonna down slowly and up slowly – No cheating here.
Ah and we are gonna do as many as we can without sacrificing form – just keep it nice and slow – no arching your back and no swinging – just keep it really good form.
And when we are done with the push-ups. We are gonna immediately flip over unto our back and we are gonna start doing the dumb bell flies.
Um and – we’re gonna do this with no rest, okay. The dumb bells are right there on the pillow and so we can pick them up easily – and we are gonna go right into flies.
And it works well to do it on the floor. Cause it limits your range of motions and so you don’t injure your shoulders. Now we are gonna do as many as these flies – with good form – nice and slow – as we can.
And then we are gonna go right into dumb bell press and you should be really burning about now cause you were tighter than you were finished the push ups and your doing these flies and dumb bell presses.
You are not going to use as much weight as you normally would because you are already exhausted from the push ups and pillows help to let the weights down slowly without putting …
