And a celebration of the Paralympic values or courage, determination, inspiration and equality. Today you will play your part in the celebration through the lighting of the national flame. And also have the opportunity to sample Paralympic sports in action. Where the focus is very much on ability and not disablity. Flames lite in each nation will come together to create the Paralympic flame in Stoke Mandeville. Teams of inspirational people will carry the flame on historic overnight relay to the Olympic stadium. They include those who collectively overcome adversity through team work, those who have overcome many challenges, and continue to push themselves to the limit and those who inspire us to do more than we think is possible. These people the embodiment of the Paralympic values, this is their moment and an opportunity for us to applaud and thank them for their achievements. Enjoy your day at the Paralympic Flame Festival.
