Hello everybody, I’m here in Montreal for the UICC World Cancer Congress. I had the honor giving the keynote address to room for my personal heroes
and champions in the cancer fight, people that know, we have a huge issue we have a huge challenge and a huge burden around the world; to help people deal with this disease navigate the system and ultimately cure them.
To all my friends and family and supporters out there, obviously it’s been interesting few days, challenging at times for myself, my family my foundation uh… thank you for your support, the reaction uh… specifically to live strong and all the work that we’ve done has been overwhelming
and I cannot thank you enough. It’s time to move forward. It’s time to talk about a different fight. I told them the speech this morning. I said
uh… I refused to be distracted, this organization refuses to be distracted in the UICC and another great organizations are partners around the world
refused to be distracted. We’ve got a lot of work to do we have a tremendous burden to try and solve and ultimately we have to go on down the road and continue to fight this disease with all our passion all of our hard work and all of our partners and that includes you.
