There seems to be a lot of interest in how I eat. Let’s get fit really really fast together. I wanna show you just a quick Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner of things I usually eat six days a week, you know my routine, six days of eating really eating healthfully and well. And on the seventh day, I eat chicken wings, Caesar salad, muffins, Corona, I drink Margarita’s, I really, really do what I want. But the six days of the week, I really try to stay focused. In the mornings, I love oranges, its a great source of Vitamin C and I love it, its easy to eat. Cafe Bustello is my favorite coffee, I drink it every morning with Soy Milk. Lunch time, my biggest meal of the day is always Lunch Time, because its when I need the most energy! And most people work a 9-5 job, I’m actually at home writing and doing things like that, but at night I have a lot of things going on, so I need a lot of energy! In the middle of the day, sustain me, sustain me throughout the evening. So, I usually eat, brown rice, tofu, and vegetables, its a really really, hardy lunch. And I’m obsessed with Vitamin Water, its delicious, its healthy, and its incredibly refreshing. For dinner, dinner is usually a very very light meal for me, cause I usually eat very late because I do have a lot of work appearances and things like this at night, so I usually eat something very simple like a piece of chicken, a salad, salmon in a salad, I try to keep my dinner meal very very lean because I’m eating it very late and I don’t wanna you know, I don’t want to have nightmares, cause most people who eat their food really really late, no only do they get fat but its also really hard for them to go to sleep, so a great lean easy dinner, and a beer to top it off, so you can have fun.
