Shape Fit – Plyometrics Knee Tuck Jumps
Welcome to Shape Fit dot Com. I’m your instructor Kurt.
The exercise I’m gonna demonstrate here is part of our plyometric area.
Its’ called the Knee – Tuck – Jump.
It is tremendous for building strength in your base – in your legs for
explosiveness.
And it covers all sorts of sports and it will help you in a lot of
different ways.
Basketball, Baseball, Football – You name it.
( three frog jumps )
Pretty basic – As you can see – I just did three reps – right there – got
the heart rate going quite a bit, um.
I recommend you do probably ten to fifteen reps and two to three sets
and see how you do.
And we thank you for visiting shape fit dot com.
