Shape Fit – Plyometrics Side Box Jumps
Welcome to Shape Fit dot Com. I’m your instructor Kurt and I’m gonna demonstrate right here is Side Box Jumps. And obviously this is not a Box but it’s a barrel – you just need to use something that you can um – jump over – that gives you a little bit of a challenge -um- that isn’t – you know – too big for you.

Get the idea there!
You wanna jump back and forth.
As quickly as you can.
Awesome for agility.
Awesome for conditioning.
And explosiveness in your base.

As you saw in that round – right there.
I was a little more under- control.
You can do both types – explosive and quick – the minute you hit the ground you try to jump back right over – as I did in the previous set.
That one is great as well – a little more control – and it still works on the explosiveness of your lower half.
