Adam – A Simple Plyometrics Workout
Adam – A Simple Plyometrics Workout
Adam ___ again. I’m gonna do my work out video for tonight. And it’s a beautiful sunset night in the beautiful Oklahoma.
I’m gonna start off by – warm up and just kinda get things moving. And make sure that everything is flexible and no pulling.
Excerpt: The warm up is very important in preventing injury. Just take a couple minutes and jog or walk, but warm up those muscles.
I’m gonna do a set of Plymetric jumps. So we are gonna do a set of 10. ( ten jumps )
Excerpt: After the ten plyometric jumps for a minute or two and let your muscles recharge.
Do ten sets of ten of this cycle.
Okay, say you are now at your final set of ten of the plymetrics.
Adam: Jumps
Okay God how can something that hurts so bad be good for you. It should be really burning by now. Holy God! You should feel this tomorrow.
Adam says: Another minute of jogging.
Back to my —- Make sure that you walk – cool down – keep moving for about – at least for a couple of minutes to reduce the risks of a heart attack.
And that’s the work out.
